Steve Thornbury

City Council Ward 2    

     Steve Thornbury was elected to Norwood City Council in 2007 on the promise of helping protect property values, support strong police, fire and other city services, and to improve communications between citizens and their government. As a member of the Streets and Infrastructure, Parks and Recreation, and Safety, Police and Fire Committees, Steve has made it his job to keep all citizens informed of what their local government is doing to improve our City and their lives. My name is Todd Tittle, candidate for Norwood City Council in Ward 4. For the last 10 years my wife Missy and our four children have enjoyed living in the neighborhood surrounding our home on Warren Avenue. In that time I’ve been active in the Norwood Relay for Life, the Fireworks Committee, Citizens on Patrol and in serving our church community.

Andrew Clark is a life long resident of Norwood and he and his family owns the Norwood Star Newspaper that they started in February of 2009. Andrew wants to continue to give back to the community he loves and that has given him so much. With your support, Andrew will be able to help our community in a bigger way. He hopes to Improve Our Image with the Media in Cincinnati, Improve our Infrastructure, Keep Norwood Safe, and Work with the School Board to Improve our Schools. Jane Grote

President of Council 

Jane Grote has given 23 years of public service to the City of Norwood.  She also volunteers her time to many local groups and charities.  Jane has seen many changes in Norwood over the years asks for your help to continue helping the City change in a positive direction. 

 

            

Jim Stith

Auditor 

Jim Stith has been the Auditor of the City of Norwood since January 2008.  He has brought Leadership, Organization and Efficiency to the Auditors office.  He provides monthly financial reports to City Council and the Administration.   Under his leadership the Auditor's office provides true Transparency in Government though reports and by establishing the Auditor's website www.NorwoodAuditor.com.  More information can be found at Mr. Stith's campaign site www.VoteStith.com.    Hard Work.  Common Sense.

Candidate for Treasurer 

We need a City Treasurer’s office that is organized, has regular business hours, a full time qualified staff, and be accessible to the Administration, City Council and Department Heads.  We need a City Treasurer to have regular office hours and to attend City Council meetings. This is my pledge to the Citizens of the City of Norwood. I am running for City Treasurer because…it’s Your Money, My Money, Our Money.
